You have the right to return unworn items within 14 days of receipt.

Please write us an email to: info@ij-jewelry.de stating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note: Returns are only accepted for new and unworn goods. (Except sale items and sale promotions)

 

Which items are NOT eligible for return?

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if goods are delivered that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Such as: earrings and piercings. Returns for discounts or sales are also excluded.

 

Who bears the costs of a return?

We do not cover the costs of a return. All items must be returned within 14 days, stating the order number and name. (Except for items that are not eligible for return)
